1. Baked sweet potato
2. 1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt
3. 1 tblsp of olive oil
4. Pinch of salt
5. Spices to taste (optional)
First puree sweet potato in a food processor or blender. Add yogurt and other ingredients and blend. Consume. Feel the power.
